Day 5: Arugala and Pickled Cabbage Not-Salad
Yesterday I did OK. I didn't eat a salad per se, but I ate the vegetables that would make a big salad and I'm going to count that. I had about 1.5 cups of argula with a little chicken on a sandwich and another 1.5 cups of freshly pickled cabbage (lactic acid pickles). Yes, I know that was lame.Yes, I know I really should have two real salads today.Sigh. You are making me feel soooo guilty!
