This post is a tongue-in-cheek (I think) memo about alternatives to using email. I thought the following was most interesting:
- An e-library where users can register their interests and when a new entry is uploaded that matches their interest, the user is notified.
- Instant surveys - find out what people want/think easily.
- E-learning tools to explain how to do something.
